The Brian Fisher Scholarship
"Brian Fisher, President of Fisher Stores Inc. in New Bern until his death in late 2009, served as President of NCACS in 2007.  He believed the greatest contribution of his tenure was the merger of the NCACS and the NCPCM into the current NCPCM.  He ended his departure letter by saying he was "proud to have been offered the privilege of serving our industry this way.  Thanks to all of you for this honor."
